Technical Manager

Nick Robertson

Nick has been with York House for 26 years and knows the site inside out. He leads technical standards across the business, making sure food safety, quality and customer requirements are protected at every stage.

NPD Chef

Dan Golob

Dan leads our NPD kitchen, turning customer ideas into products that work in real production. With over 25 years’ professional cooking experience, he brings creativity, food science and practical know-how to every project.

Operations Manager

Nickolai Prakofyeu

Nickolai manages day-to-day operations and helps turn new product ideas into successful factory launches. He works across NPD, technical and production to make sure products are made consistently and to specification.

Managing Director

Duncan Marsh

Duncan leads York House Foods day to day, overseeing all areas of the business. With a strong sales and foodservice background, his focus is on doing things properly, building the right culture and keeping the business moving forward.
